Christine Watson delivers a brand new collection of works in paints and pastels to compliment geographic and architectural wonders of the Greek islands. They reveal a new synthesis of the figurative and abstract aspects of her work. She composes pictures that capture a moment in time, when the streets are empty of the people that have lived for many generations, behind those crumbling walls and peeling paint. But around each corner one senses their presence, just moments before or after they have slipped out of sight behind a door, through an archway, or down a flight of steps.
